Bracketing/Team Selection
Can you accommodate a team's scheduling needs such as a later start or not having two teams start at the same time? No. With several hundred teams on several dozen fields we are not able to accommodate these kinds of requests without creating far greater scheduling issues.
Why wasn't my team selected to participate? It depends. We want teams that are geographically separate so that all the teams participating play against teams they have not encountered before. We want parity amongst the teams we place in a bracket. Finally, because it helps us to plan, we will accept the team that registers early when all other criteria are equal (so register early). We do try to accommodate as many teams as is practical and commonly the reason we do not accept a team is because doing so creates an unbalanced bracket (an odd number of teams).

Can I park on the grass if the parking lot gets full. There is NO PARKING in the grass at Duke Park or Ferguson fields. You CAN PARK in the grass on the LEFT side of the road next to the railroad tracks at Archer. However, park at your own risk if you park behind a goal. There were two windshields broken last year when cars were parked behind goals.
How many guest players do you allow per team? Please refer to the sanctioning form. The number of guest players allowed is different based on the age level of the team. The sanctioning form can be found here.
The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on? First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form. In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases: 1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files 2. Shut down Internet Explorer 3. Restart the computer 4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer. 5. Go to Web site, fill out form. In most cases, this will solve the problem....

Why are there no photos for purchase? Thank you for your interest in having your team photographed during the tournament. Unfortunately, due to a very low volume of sales for tournaments already shot for this spring season, TourneyCentral (our web site folks) has DISCONTINUED the action photos as part of the web site. From the number of requests we have received and the number of times the photos are viewed on the site, we know that this is a very popular feature. While demand for photography is up, SALES of photos are down dramatically. In short, photos are not selling enough to cover the expenses of taking photos. Photographers need to be paid and equipment is expensive. Again, we regret that we can no longer afford to provide action photography. We hope your team has fun at this year's tournament.
